Data Collection

Cumulus is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do not collect any personal information from users. The app:

Does not require account creation or sign-in
Does not collect or store personal data
Does not track your usage or behavior
Does not use analytics or third-party trackers
Does not share any data with third parties

Location Data

Cumulus uses your device's location solely to provide weather information for your current location. This location data:

Is processed entirely on your device
Is only used to fetch weather data from Apple's WeatherKit
Is never stored, logged, or transmitted to our servers
Can be disabled at any time in your device settings

Weather Data

Weather information is provided by Apple's WeatherKit API. When you request weather data, your device communicates directly with Apple's servers. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles this data.

Third-Party Services

Cumulus does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers. The only external service used is Apple's WeatherKit for weather data.
